Rolling Machine (GYJ-01)

Application：
Combine insulation strip with aluminum profiles to make thermal break aluminum profile.
Features:
1) Six sets of hardened rolling discs and rubber roller are electrically controlled for fast change of profiles.
2) Six sets of rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stable rolling, high speed, and high efficiency.
3) Vertical and horizontal distance between each pair of rolling discs is adjustable for different sizes of profiles.
4）The third rolling unit can be adjusted slightly up, down, and forward and backward as a whole, achieving vertical and horizontal correction of aluminum profiles
5) Step-less speed regulation. Taiwan linear rail, Schneider electrical appliance, and precision screws are adopted.
