III. Equipment overview
1.1 This equipment can be used for automatic frame loading and unloading of aluminum profile extrusion production lines, spraying upper and lower row production lines, and oxidation upper and lower row production lines to reduce labor costs and improve factory automation levels. This device has:
1.Truly full servo, the entire machine uses Huawei technology * INOVANCE high-end servo system with up to 9 sets of servos, achieving full servo ETHERCAT bus control, precise control, and very fast response.
2.The device operation is simple, with only 4 buttons in the entire system, making it easy to get started and easy for any beginner to learn.
3.Support one for two, and do not occupy workshop channels.
4.The control system uses INOVANCE high-end flagship CPU-AC703, which uses intelI7 core processor. A single CPU can cost up to tens of thousands of yuan, making it more stable. The programming adopts C language framework programming, which makes the logic more compact.
5.Truly universal framing, innovative function: using laser scanning, it can automatically recognize the size of profiles, without the need for operators to input data, truly achieving a basket of bundled and fragmented materials.
6.Truly have no damaging to materials, all fixtures are equipped with lifting springs, and the fixtures can move freely up and down, exceeding the spring control limit of the system
7.Dynamic protection, so that aluminum to achieve air suspension like comfort.
8.Automatically determine the length of the profile and determine how many cushioning strips need to be placed.
9.Provide duplex cushion frame to improve frame changing speed and production efficiency.
