Paper Feeding Filling Foaming Machine for Thermal Break Aluminum Profiles

1. Main Purpose and Scope of Application
The A-600 Hydraulic Filling Foaming Machine is a new model developed to meet the development of thermal break door & window processing industry . Equipped with a numerical control system, the machine can automatically complete the whole processing procedure. It features simple operation, safe and reliable performance, advanced technology and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for cavity filling of aluminum door & window and curtain wall profiles.
The working principle is as follows: evenly mixed two-component polyurethane foaming adhesive is injected into the groove of U-shaped kraft paper strip through the glue nozzle. Afterwards, the kraft paper strip is fed into the cavity of broken bridge aluminum profile by servo motor, so that the entire inner cavity of the aluminum profile is fully filled with uniform foaming adhesive。
