Standards for Manufacturing Process Testing of Doors and Windows

The lifespan of the toothed cutter is about 100 to 200 tons of toothed aluminum material. When the tooth marks are shallow or the shear force test does not meet the standards, please replace the toothed cutter in a timely manner.

The rolled profiles must meet the straightness standard (with a curvature of less than 1mm per meter), without twisting or warping.

When the shear force test fails to meet the standard, please increase the depth of the tooth opening, replace the tooth opening knife, or increase the rolling force of the rolling machine.
