PA66 Thermal Barrier Strip Process

PA66 nylon raw materials are processed through high-temperature extrusion with glass fiber added simultaneously. The materials undergo melt stranding, water cooling, cutting, pelletizing, vacuum drying and high-speed vibrating screening, to produce high-quality, high-strength PA66 glass fiber reinforced nylon pellets.

Qualified nylon pellets are fed into the high-temperature extruder. After segmented heating and melting, the material is evenly extruded through high-precision professional dies and rapidly cooled and shaped in the vacuum calibration system.

The formed thermal break strips are cooled through multi-stage gradient water circulation to slowly release and completely eliminate internal residual stress.

All products undergo strict quality inspection, covering appearance, dimension accuracy, flatness, tensile performance, aging resistance, high-temperature resistance and low-temperature resistance.

Products that pass the final quality test will be laser marked, packed and warehoused.

Gelmen solemnly promises that all thermal break strips are manufactured with pure virgin PA66 nylon raw materials, and no recycled materials are used.
