      The part of the aluminum profile that needs to wear the heat insulation strip is rolled out with the gear cutter, the purpose is to increase the roughness of the profile so as to improve the shear force of the composite profile, which is equivalent to a row of "teeth" biting the heat insulation strip.

     The depth of the "teeth" in the process of cutting is the key. The depth of the teeth should be about 0.6mm, the distance between the teeth should be about 1.0mm, the distance between the shoulder and the shoulder of each tooth is about 0.4mm, and the shape of the teeth is horn, see the following figure.

     In addition, the positioning of the open plate in the chuck slot should pay attention to slightly off the outside chuck, and the outside chuck should have deep and sharp teeth.

    Good teeth can make the profile composite tight, so airtight, watertight, the mechanical properties of the profile is good.
