India Has Made A Preliminary Anti-dumping Ruling on Chinese Aluminum Foil

    On August 28, 2024, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice to make a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on Aluminium Foil originating in or imported from China with a thickness of no more than 80 microns, proposing to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty on China's products involved in the case, with a tax of 619-873 US dollars/ton.
