Long‑part transfer manipulator

It is special automatic handling equipment designed for long‑size workpieces, mainly for gripping, shifting, loading & unloading and inter‑process transfer of bars, tubes, profiles, long shafts and other elongated parts.

Adopting high‑rigidity gantry/truss frame and multi‑axis servo drive system. The end‑of‑arm is equipped with multi‑point supporting grippers to prevent bending, deformation and surface scratching during handling of long workpieces. It can be integrated with sawing machines, lathes, machining centers and other equipment to automatically complete the full cycle: picking‑up, lifting, traversing and placing workpieces. It reduces manual labour and supports continuous round‑the‑clock production.

Payload, travelling stroke and gripping mechanism can be custom‑made according to workpiece length and weight. Widely used in metal processing, pipe manufacturing, auto‑parts and engineering machinery industries.
